Harvey L. Cox

Harvey has been practicing law since 1990.  For twenty years he was litigator representing banks and finance companies in their pursuit of people’s assets.  After twenty years, Harvey grew tired of the litigation because he got into law to make people’s lives better, not worse.  It was at that time that Harvey shifted his focus to helping people protect their assets from creditors, predators, lawsuits, judgments, liens, taxes, long-term care, and greedy relatives.

While Harvey is passionate about protecting people’s assets, he is equally passionate about riding his motorcycles, playing drums and guitar, and generally listening to good Blues and Rock and Roll music.

Harvey lives in Round Rock, Texas and has offices in Round Rock and Waco.

 Gary Hill

Gary is Harvey’s Senior Legal Assistant.  They have been working together for at least 16 years.

Gary is a licensed insurance agent and helps with the firm’s client who need assistance with their insurance, annuity and other financial needs.

Gary is an integral part of the firm, handling most meetings in the Waco office and delivering all of the estate planning documents created by the firm.
